The Interactive Voting System IVS offers the possibility to make a presentation an interactive presentation to get more involvement of your audience.
By doing this there is better contact between presenter and listeners. The participant in a meeting can respond to the questions that are posed by the presenter and the presenter can respond to this. In this way interaction is created between presenter and his audience. Instead of listening in a passive way to the presenter the audience turns into active participants.

IVS applications
Interactive Voting System is used in many different ways.
[/cws-widget][cws-widget type=tabs title=”” items=6][item open=1 type=tabs title=”Basis”]You can pose your audience some questions where they can respond directly. Very often used during congresses where either the opinion of the audience is asked or you want to know the knowledge of the attendees.
[/item][item type=tabs title=”Employee surveys”]By asking your employees on a regular basis some questions you can easily measure whether or not they agree with the executed plans. It is also possible to show an average score from a range of questions about the same subject.
[/item][item type=tabs title=”Quiz”]In case of a quiz each participant is identified either by means of a chip card or, in case IVS®-Lite is used, a number on each of the keypads. At the end of a series of questions the name of the participant that scored best can be displayed. Of course you can also choose to show a top 3, 5 or a top 10.
[/item][item type=tabs title=”Shareholders meetings”]With shareholders meetings identification is absolutely necessary. Usually this is done by using the chip card. Not only the identification of each shareholder is linked to the card, the number of shares is linked to the card too. When the results are displayed both the absolute number of “voting shares” is shown as well as the results as percentages
[/item][item type=tabs title=”Political party”]During political party congresses it is often necessary to add, remove or replace names of candidates at the spot. Thanks to the flexibility of the software this can be done without any problems during the meeting.
Voting in blocks is another option that is often used by political parties. Here, several candidates are available for several places and they can be all voted in one vote. If a second or third vote is necessary because not all candidates have reached the quorom at the first vote it can be done on the spot in only seconds.
City council voting
During city council voting it has to be clear during voting already which council member has cast a vote already. IVS offers the possibility to show this by changing the background colour of each displayed name. After each delegate has cast his vote the total result is displayed including, for each delegate, if they have voted for or against a proposal. Besides this individual result the total result is displayed and the result for each political party.
[/item][item type=tabs title=”Risk Analysis”]Risk Analysis is used more and more by companies and institutions. Usually a workshop is organized where risks are gathered and discussed. After defining the risks the participants are asked to vote about them. This is always based on two aspects: How big is the chance that this specific risk will occur (likelihood) and what are the effects should this risk occur (impact).
Based on these two results the risk is plotted in a diagram that immediately shows the height of the risk.
After scoring on likelihood and impact it is also possible to measure whether or not the risk can be controlled.
Risks are easily defined and presented with this tool and it shows directly where action has to be taken.
